Write to hello@printlabelsfromexcel.com. A person at Kordal Systems reads it, and replies usually go out within a few days. For privacy requests you can also use privacy@kordalsystems.com, and for security issues security@kordalsystems.com.
There is no contact form on purpose. A form needs a server to receive what you type, and this site does not have one.
A label sheet that does not line up
The most useful report there is, because a wrong measurement wastes real label stock. Please include the product number on the packaging, the printer make and model, whether print scaling was set to 100%, and which way the labels drift: down the page, across it, or both.
Measure the one-inch reference line on the blank template PDF (most sheets have one) with a ruler and tell us what it actually measures. That single number separates a print-scaling problem from a measurement problem at once. The guide to labels not lining up may solve it before you need to write.
Asking for a label sheet
Adding a sheet means adding its measurements, so a request is quickest to act on with the product number and, ideally, a link to the manufacturer’s template or specification page.
Privacy questions
The short version is in the privacy policy: your spreadsheet is read in your browser and never sent anywhere. If you need more detail than that page gives, ask.
