Contact
Bug reports, format requests, and questions about how the tool handles your data.
Write to [email protected]. It is read by a person and replies usually go out within a few days.
There is no contact form on this page on purpose. A form needs a server to receive what you type, and this site does not have one — adding a backend just to collect messages would undercut the thing that makes the tool trustworthy.
Reporting a problem with a label format
This is the most useful kind of report to receive, and the most urgent, because a wrong measurement wastes physical stock. If a printed sheet does not line up, please include the Avery product number, the printer make and model, whether print scaling was set to 100%, and which direction the drift goes — down the page, across it, or both.
Measuring the one-inch reference line on the blank template PDF with a ruler and telling us what it actually measures is the single most helpful detail, because it separates a print-scaling problem from a geometry problem immediately.
Requesting a format
Adding a sheet format means adding its measurements, so a request is much faster to act on with the product number included. Avery, Sheet Labels, Online Labels and most other manufacturers publish template specifications; a link to the one you need is ideal.
Privacy questions
The short version is on the privacy page: your spreadsheet is read in your browser and never transmitted, because there is no server to transmit it to. If you need more detail than that page gives, ask.
