Who we are
Print Labels From Excel (printlabelsfromexcel.com) is operated by Kordal Systems. “We” and “us” mean Kordal Systems. By using this site you agree to these terms. Kordal Systems’ general terms at kordalsystems.com/terms also apply to the free tools it publishes; where they differ, these terms govern this site.
Free to use
No account is needed, and you may use the tool for personal or commercial work. Each list you load is read up to its first 5,000 rows, and each PDF holds up to 10,000 labels; split larger jobs into parts. Your data is handled as described in the privacy policy: it is processed in your browser and not sent to us.
Check before you print
You are responsible for checking output before you rely on it. Print one test sheet on plain paper, hold it against your label stock, and check that any barcode or QR code scans with the equipment that will read it.
Sheet layouts come from the LibreOffice label database and are checked arithmetically on every build. Only the Avery 5160 family (5160, 8160 and 5260) has been measured against real label stock, and the page for every other layout says so. Printers, drivers and label stock vary.
No warranty
The site and tool are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for wasted label stock, misprints, rejected shipments, or lost profits, data or business arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived by contract.
Trademarks and affiliation
This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Avery, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Apple, Zebra, Rollo, DYMO or any other company named on it.
Avery and Avery product codes such as 5160 are trademarks of Avery Products Corporation. Microsoft, Excel, Word and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Amazon and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. Zebra is a trademark of Zebra Technologies Corporation. Apple, Mac, Numbers, Pages and Preview are trademarks of Apple Inc. DYMO is a trademark of Newell Brands. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to say which products this tool works with, and label dimensions are factual measurements.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to make labels that impersonate someone else, counterfeit product identification or break the law; do not try to disrupt or overload the site; and do not remove notices that identify where the tool comes from.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, except where the law of the place you live gives you rights or a forum that cannot be excluded.
